The Trades Helper position requires experience working alongside skilled tradespersons and performing tasks such as grass cutting, brush clearing, and snow/ice removal. You will operate essential equipment including skid steers and snowplows while assisting with basic repairs and supporting maintenance tasks. Reliability and readiness for overtime are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds through tasks like landscaping and grass cutting

• Remove snow and ice using appropriate tools and equipment

• Operate machinery such as snowplows and dump trucks

• Assist in repair tasks for fences and drainage systems

• Support skilled tradespeople in a multi-trade environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a trades or labor setting
