Become a Heavy Equipment Grader Operator at Big White Ski Resort, overseeing the vital task of snow removal in Kelowna, BC. This full-time role entails maintaining safe access roads from chalets to parking lots during the ski season.

As a Grader Operator, you will report to the Snow Removal Supervisor, working closely within a diverse team. Your responsibilities include operating heavy machinery, and maintaining snow removal equipment, with opportunities for self-direction. Ideal candidates should possess mechanical skills and be capable of managing equipment with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear snow effectively from various areas

• Summon first aid when required

Requirements:
