We're looking for a dedicated Remodeler to manage projects year-round, benefiting from our strong repeat business in Kelowna. Your skills in bidding, client communication, and knowledge of building codes will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Share expertise in home repairs and remodels

• Bid and manage projects efficiently

• Finalize materials and quantities for jobs

• Evaluate client requests and troubleshoot issues

• Maintain clear communication with customers

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least three home repair areas

• Understanding of building codes and materials

• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Own tools, vehicle, and references

• Pass background screening and have internet access
