As a high-voltage specialist, you will conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs on various electrical systems r experience will be essential in ensuring that all processes adhere to codes and safety regulations. You will also be instrumental in training and overseeing apprentices, fostering their skills in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-voltage installations and repairs
• Inspect systems for safety and compliance
• Mentor junior staff and apprentices
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting efforts
• Ensure safe working practices on-site
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate
• At least 5 years of electrician work with substation experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety guidelines
• Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights and travel as needed
