Position: Full Time Fruit Farm Worker
Join our team as a full-time Fruit Farm Worker in Kelowna, BC, where you'll engage in hands-on crop cultivation while earning $18.25 hourly. We require dedicated individuals ready to work diligently in various weather conditions.

This permanent role involves picking, planting, and cultivating crops, alongside training trees for enhanced fruit quality. You will thrive in a physically demanding environment that requires stamina and strong hand-eye coordination. Candidates must be prepared for both hot and cold conditions, working between 40 to 72 hours weekly with a shift schedule from 07:00 to 16:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick row and orchard crops efficiently

• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops

• Tie and secure plants for growth

• Train trees for optimum fruit production

Requirements:

• Availability for full-time hours and shifts
