Skilled Maintenance Technician

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. seeks experienced maintenance professionals. You’ll engage in diagnosing and repairing plumbing and electrical systems, along with general repairs. The satisfaction of seeing tenants happy with your results is what this role is all about.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair heating and plumbing problems
• Fix and maintain windows, blinds, and appliances
• Execute painting, drywall patching, and flooring work
• Ensure building exteriors are well-maintained
• Identify and report any operational deficiencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in maintenance roles
• Relevant technical certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of hand tools and repair processes
• Ability to use technology for work orders
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
