We are looking for a  Part Time Maintenance Technician to assist with our multi-family residential building in Kelowna, BC.  If you have a growth mindset and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
What you will be doing:
Painting, drywall patching, mudding, and taping;
Detecting faulty operations, defective materials, and reporting deficiencies;
Maintain building exterior including basic ground maintenance;
Perform repairs to windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, fixtures, and carpet tile replacement;
Diagnosis and repair plumbing, heating, and electrical problems.
What you need to bring:
Two years of experience in the property management and/or construction industry would be an asset;
Ability to use physical exertion that includes lifting, carrying, climbing ladders and moving materials;
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-oriented approach;
Ability to think creatively when problem solving, proactively adapting to challenges;
Ability to work well independently;
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships and to work well in a team environment.
