Key Responsibilities:

• Document drying processes and oversee job site safety

• Identify and measure moisture levels using meters

• Set up and monitor drying and dehumidifying equipment

• Perform demolition and remove damaged building materials

• Ensure compliance with safety practices on site

Requirements:

• Asset: experience in fire and flood restoration

• No experience required for motivated candidates

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Flexible schedule to accommodate on-call shifts
