Interfor is seeking a certified journeyman industrial electrician to troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems in our Sawmill operations. Your expertise will focus on preventive maintenance, PLC and HMI setups, and promoting machine reliability. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated team and embrace problem-solving in a multi-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety rules and regulations diligently
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs for electrical equipment
• Set up and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems
• Collaborate to solve problems affecting machine reliability
• Ensure high-quality work and timely completion
Requirements:
• Red Seal certification as a journeyman electrician
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC, VFD drives
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
