Air Quality Technician – No Experience Needed (We Train!)

Modern PURAIR South Okanagan is based in Penticton, BC and services the South Okanagan (Summerland to Osoyoos). We have been in business for 18 years and are locally owned and operated. Modern PURAIR is one of Canada’s fastest‑growing indoor air quality companies. We provide furnace and air duct cleaning, air quality testing, dryer vent cleaning, coil cleaning, and air purification solutions for homes and businesses.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Air Quality Technician to join us.

• Full training provided — no HVAC experience required
• 4-day workweek – enjoy 3 days off every week
• 34 - 38 hours/week
• Competitive Pay of $21 – 30/hour (including incentives)

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Perform air quality testing, HVAC cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning
• Communicate procedures clearly and answer customer questions
• Provide quotes, assess job requirements, and complete reports
• Identify additional service opportunities during visits
• Operate and maintain company equipment and a Mercedes Sprinter van
• Use company software on an iPhone/iPad for invoicing
• Follow Modern PURAIR systems, standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean uniform, organized inventory, and professional appearance
