What You’ll Be Doing
As a Landscape Construction Apprentice, you’ll support our construction crews on high-end custom residential projects . Tasks may include:
Site prep and layout
Installing paving stones, natural stone, walls, and water features
Building decks, pergolas, fences, and other wood/metal structures
Grading, soil placement, planting, and sod installation
Drainage, irrigation, and lighting systems
Operating mini-excavators, compactors, and loaders

Seasonal Stability with Opportunity:
While year-round work isn’t guaranteed, our construction teams typically stay busy through December (weather depending). In the winter, there are chances to help with equipment maintenance, shop prep, or snow services — if you’re keen and conditions allow. Some team members also use this time to rest, travel, or enjoy Big White.

What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of hands-on landscaping or construction experience
A strong work ethic and commitment to doing things right the first time
Positive attitude and team mindset
Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract
Willingness to learn, grow, and help others do the same
