The ideal candidate will hold a valid Red Seal Journeyman certification and possess strong skills in servicing heavy machinery, including electrical and hydraulic systems. You will perform breakdown maintenance, scheduled repairs, and quality testing of mechanical products. This role necessitates a knack for using computer-based tools for effective maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lubricate and maintain equipment for operational efficiency
• Inspect machines to diagnose mechanical issues
• Perform repairs per manufacturer specifications
• Test mechanical equipment for performance compliance
• Execute other mechanical duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal or provincial certification
• Expertise in servicing mixer truck systems
• Knowledgeable in DOT inspection and maintenance standards
• Physically fit for lifting and working in varying conditions
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance software
