Position: Roofing Technician with 5+ Years Experience

Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks outdoors and have a significant background in roofing techniques. You’ll oversee apprentices, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while working on diverse roofing systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Install built-up and single-ply roofing systems effectively

• Read and apply specifications from blueprints

• Repair and maintain roofing systems as required

• Instruct and mentor apprentices in roofing techniques

• Set up scaffolding and rigging for safe work

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of roofing experience

• Ability to work outdoors at heights

• Familiarity with roofing materials and techniques

• Capacity to supervise and instruct junior staff

• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks
