Lead Restoration Technician Position

As a Contents Crew Lead, you will collaborate with your team, restoring items from fire, water, and mold damage. Each day offers new challenges, from mentoring new hires to operating cutting-edge restoration equipment. You’ll maintain meticulous records and ensure each project is handled with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restore and clean items affected by disasters

• Provide guidance to junior team members

• Operate Ozone and Hydroxyl machines efficiently

• Keep accurate records and documentation

• Problem-solve effectively to adhere to timelines

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in a related field

• Required certifications: WRT, FSRT, and OCT

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile applications

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Capability for physical labor and working in cramped areas
