This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a variety of Caterpillar equipment in the field.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Solves problems from diagnosis to correction
• Interfaces with customers in the field on service calls in a courteous, business-like manner
• Participates in achieving customer satisfaction and product quality
• Works closely with their peers
• Keeps paperwork current to ensure thorough action on all transactions

Qualifications:

• Journeyperson ticket, Red Seal preferred
• Previous Caterpillar and general line equipment repair experience
• Possesses excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and abilities
• Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Committed to continuous learning
• Exhibits professional work behaviours
