As a Painter at On Side, you will leverage your three years of painting and drywall experience to match existing colors flawlessly. This position requires a strong work ethic, flexibility in tasks, and a commitment to safe practices. You will participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent restoration needs, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and paint residential and commercial surfaces
• Review scopes and estimate materials for projects
• Assist with general labor and site cleanup
• Participate in on-call shifts for emergencies
• Ensure safety and quality in all work performed
Requirements:
• Approximately 3 years of relevant painting experience
• Valid driver’s license and clear communication skills
• Ability to perform heavy labor and demo work
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
