Position Overview:

This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a variety of Caterpillar equipment in the field.

Job Description:

Key Responsibility Areas:
Solves problems from diagnosis to correction
Interfaces with customers in the field on service calls in a courteous, business-like manner
Participates in achieving customer satisfaction and product quality
Works closely with their peers
Keeps paperwork current to ensure thorough action on all transactions

Qualifications:

Journeyperson ticket, Red Seal preferred
Previous Caterpillar and general line equipment repair experience
Possesses excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and abilities
Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision
Committed to continuous learning
Exhibits professional work behaviours
