Position Overview  Welders play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of industrial mill equipment. Your responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints, performing welding tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper alignment and integrity of mill components, and collaborating closely with our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, familiarity with mill machinery, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.
Qualifications   Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Valid trade certification or equivalent qualification (if applicable).
Strong work ethic, safety consciousness, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills and problem solving abilities.
