Become a Water Loss Technician with Service Master of Penticton, where you'll play an important role in restoration efforts. Provide crucial support to clients by assisting in the recovery from water-related issues.
In this hands-on position, you will tackle water loss emergencies by operating extraction equipment and setting up drying protocols. We emphasize teamwork and a positive culture, and your empathetic approach will help reassure customers during challenging times. We are especially looking for candidates with knowledge in construction or custodial work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely updates to Project Manager regarding work progress
• Extract water from properties using specialized equipment
• Assist in determining non-restorable components
• Set up and monitor drying equipment according to procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies
Requirements:
• Water Restoration Technician Certification is advantageous
• Clean Criminal Record Check essential
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract
• Familiarity with handling and lifting heavy equipment
• Understanding of construction and building materials
