Amrize is actively seeking an experienced Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our full-time team in West Kelowna. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of heavy machinery to support operational efficiency and project execution. Collaboration with operations teams will be essential to maintain fleet performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair heavy equipment and machinery

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues effectively

• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs

• Respond to emergencies to support equipment availability

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Requirements:

• Journeyman certification in Heavy Duty Equipment Technician

• Minimum five years of relevant experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

• Must possess own tools and tool allowance available
