Wiz Plus Properties is seeking a seasoned Lead Finishing Carpenter to oversee carpentry tasks. Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent craftsmanship, and the autonomy to manage projects independently. The position involves working closely with a small crew to ensure projects meet all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise finish carpentry crews on-site
• Install custom millwork, cabinetry, doors, and trim
• Read and interpret construction drawings effectively
• Coordinate daily tasks with project management and trades
• Ensure projects are completed on time with quality assurance
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years carpentry experience, 2 years in leadership
• Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
• Experience with custom homes and tenant improvements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must own a complete set of carpentry tools
