Best Buy calls this Field Technical Service Representative position a Field Service Agent. No experience is required, because training supports the skills needed for customer assistance, technology questions, delivery, installation, and repair. The role also includes maintaining vehicles and equipment while creating professional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver technology products to customers’ homes
- Install and repair the latest technology
- Determine customers’ technology needs and answer questions
- Maintain vehicles and equipment properly
- Provide professional customer service during every visit
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Have a clean driver’s abstract
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Successfully complete a criminal background check
