Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour
We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP team following a recent system implementation and backlog. This role will focus on reconciliations, invoice tracking, and vendor communication.
Responsibilities- Perform statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Track down and process missing invoices
- Communicate directly with vendors regarding outstanding items
- Assist with procurement system-related tasks (Remarcable)
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Experience working in a procurement system (strongly preferred) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume work and meet deadlines
- Contract role with potential to extend through end of year
- Possibility of full-time conversion
