The requirements for this position is to have an individual that is a great communicator, has great working pace, willing to learn with quick self sufficiency after being trained on a task, and can complete tasks in a timely manner.
Our main goal is for this position to bring customer satisfaction through timely responses, supply the proper products in our customer’s hands, and represent Randco Tanks well and efficiently. Below are some of the tasks entailed in the position and are only assigned based on what is most needed, the skills of the person, how training is going, and working of the strengths of the employee as they grow with us.
Some of the tasks are:
- Front Desk Tasks:
Assist with answering the phone, walk in guests, and email requesting, forwarding messages or people to the right person or direction. - Sales:
Parts, Quote Writing, Tank/Truck Sales, Rentals, Payment Processing, etc. - Operations:
Assisting with production paperwork, vehicle door labels, process new jobs, changes orders, etc. - Shipping:
Can handle entering in shipping info to create shipping labels, BOL's, Schedule Pickups, other shipping documents
Some items you may need to be proficient in, have knowledge of, or may need to learn are:
- Quick Books / Quick Books Online
- Google Products
- Gmail, Drive, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Photos, Etc.
- Hub Spot
- Shipping Software
- Window 10 PC's (dual screen), Label Printers, Laser Printer, Sit/Stand setup, Android/Chrome
OS phones/tablets.
