Aftersales Assistant

Due to exciting business growth, we’re looking for an Aftersales Assistant to join our aftersales team at Lloyd Ltd Kelso
.

Are you looking to develop or begin your career in the machinery industry? If you are experienced within our industry, or have strong customer service and administration skills and looking for a new role – we’d love to hear from you.

• Being the first point of contact for our parts & service customers, in person and over the phone — always being professional, helpful, and efficient.
• Handling and resolving customer queries.
• Relaying information between the workshop, parts department, service office and our customers.
• Handling all relevant service and parts paperwork and administration accurately and promptly.
• Operating multiple supplier and manufacturer systems.
• Working closely with the team to keep things running smoothly — especially during peak times.

• Has experience in a similar role or strong administration/customer service experience.
• Is a confident communicator with great organisational skills
• Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
• Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
• Operates as a team player

Based at Lloyd Ltd Kelso (Hunters Hall, Kelso, Roxburghshire, TD5 8BQ
).

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
