• Perform thorough cleaning and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management of sterilization supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and organize instruments for dental procedures.
• Monitor sterilization equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development related to sterilization best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in sterilization preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical sterilization role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.
