Amazon operations team seeks Dock Clerks to support operations leaders and associates, delivering strong results within fulfillment centers. Dock Clerks will communicate instructions, motivate coworkers, and maintain a safe work area.

• Communicate instructions to associates and motivate them to meet performance targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including wearing a reflective vest.
• Lift and move items up to 49 pounds during shifts of up to 12 hours.
• Work on secured mezzanines or powered equipment such as forklifts or cherry pickers as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use hearing protection when necessary.

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for 10‑12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Ready to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.

• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office products.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience using Microsoft Office is preferred but not required.

Starting pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour, plus the highest available shift differential based on selected shift. Additional earnings include overtime pay and performance bonuses.
