Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to facilitate the flow of clients and pets through the veterinary hospital. The CSC will enhance client retention through effective communication, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, a minimum of a high school diploma, and one year of related experience. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude while engaging with clients.
Candidates with a medical background related to pets or healthcare will be given preference.
