SUMMARYThe Kelly House Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation and programming of Kelly House Community Center. This position plans, coordinates, and facilitates youth, cultural, recreational, and community activities while ensuring the facility is safe, welcoming, and available for community use. The Coordinator serves as a resource for community engagement and supports programs that enhance the quality of life for Tatitlek residents and shareholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Kelly House Operations- Open, close, and oversee the daily operation of Kelly House Community Center.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming facility for all users.
- Order and maintain monthly supplies for Kelly House operations, programs, and community activities.
- Receive, organize, and stock supplies.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment, supplies, and program materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and purchase Inventory to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Coordinate facility scheduling, reservations, and community use.
- Serve as an education resource for the community of Tatitlek by assisting with scholarship applications, including accessing, completing, printing, scanning, and submitting forms.
- Keep Kelly House and the surrounding grounds clean, organized, safe, and welcoming.
- Monitor the surrounding grounds and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Report maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with appropriate staff.
- Ensure facility policies and safety procedures are followed.
- Plan and coordinate youth activities and after-school programming.
- Organize cultural, educational, recreational, wellness, and seasonal activities.
- Coordinate community events, workshops, and celebrations.
- Manage open gym schedules and recreational programming.
- Encourage community participation and foster positive relationships with residents.
- Maintain activity calendars, attendance records, and program documentation.
- Assist with promoting Kelly House programs and events.
- Coordinate volunteers as needed.
- Assist with tracking program supplies and expenditures.
- Perform other duties related to Kelly House as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed primarily within Kelly House Community Center with occasional outdoor community activities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSRegular walking, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying of supplies and equipment. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORSAs a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
