Full job description ***$6,000 Signing Bonus + HEALTH INSURANCE

We are a large, team-oriented group practice in Fairbanks seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants more than simply “clocking in and cleaning teeth.” Our hygienists play a major leadership role in patient education, co-diagnosis, treatment acceptance, and practice growth.

- Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services for children and adults
- Perform assessments of teeth, periodontal tissues, and oral health conditions
- Administer local anesthetic as permitted by Alaska licensure
- Educate patients and build value in oral health and treatment
- Collaborate with doctors regarding co-diagnosis and treatment planning
- Support a productive and positive patient experience
Participate in team meetings, calibration, and ongoing training - Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
- Contribute positively to overall office flow and teamwork
- Schedule:
4‑day work week only (average of 7 patients per day) Monday–Thursday 8am‑4pm with a paid 30‑minute lunch break
Required
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Desire to grow professionally and clinically
Preferred
- Local anesthetic and nitrous oxide certification
- Experience in a collaborative or group practice setting
