Herewith is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support a patient transitioning to home dialysis in Green Cove Springs, FL. You will provide one-on-one care, help with treatment setup, and offer companionship, under supervision of a clinical team.
Training is provided; you will work 3 days a week from 9:30am to 1pm, with a consistent schedule and a single client. Ideal candidates have dialysis experience and are comfortable with home dialysis equipment.
