The Kenaitze Indian Tribe is looking for an entry-level Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support to end users. This includes resolving issues with desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and managing user accounts in Active Directory.
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED and ideally hold relevant computer industry certifications. Must be able to diagnose technical issues and conduct business in a service-oriented manner.
The position is full-time and based in Kenai, Alaska.
