Senior Professional Services Resident Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated resource for strategic customers over extended durations (6 months, 1 year, or more).
• Act as the customer's go-to resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, external partners, and customer teams to provide consultancy and deployment services.
• Assist in the timely and successful deployment of Zero Trust solutions.
• Manage multiple customer accounts if required by demand for Residency Services.

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role such as Professional Service Consultant, Network/Security Specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer, or SOC Engineer.
• Experience with Zscaler solutions – ZIA, ZPA.
• Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience in Network and Security solutions and a customer‑facing/field role.

• Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and other leading cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of hypervisors: VMware, Hyper‑V, and KVM.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
