We are looking for a smart, curious Generative AI Specialist to join our global contributor community as part of our Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Demand program. This is a part‑time, remote, flexible opportunity designed for individuals who want to make a real impact on their own schedule. You’ll help LLMs learn the intricacies of language and reasoning—an essential contribution to cutting–edge AI development.

• Rate and assess AI models or algorithms using specific evaluative questions.
• Label elements of content rather than entire contents.
• Assign predefined categories or labels to items.
• Evaluate perceived quality and/or appropriateness of content.
• Generate labels to advance understanding of concepts or trends.
• Create additional training data by transforming original data—such as modifying images, paraphrasing text, or altering audio/video signals—to reduce overfitting and increase dataset diversity.
• Review data and identify whether a product feature works as intended based on the project’s guidelines.
• Label model outputs to determine if a piece of content is or isn’t something (e.g., identify clickbait, gaming videos, branded content).
• Order or rank items based on stated preferences or criteria.
• Create prompts or questions that the language model or other AI system will generate responses from.
• Evaluate content relevance using scales (1‑3, 1‑5, etc.).
• Generate responses to prompts or questions using a language model or other AI system.
• Rewrite existing text to improve clarity or style while preserving the original meaning and adhering to guidelines.
• Produce concise summaries of longer texts or data.
• Transcribe spoken language or audio content into written text.
• Translate text or spoken language from one language to another.
• Gather and compile various forms of data (text, images, videos, audio files) for training, evaluating, or fine‑tuning AI models.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization (advanced degrees strongly preferred).
• Professional or expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English and French.

Expected hourly rate: $15 per hour (based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
