Position: Business Development Manager (Sales) – West Coast

Accrete Consulting Solutions is a specialized enterprise technology consulting firm helping mid-market and enterprise organizations modernize their ERP and CX landscapes. We focus on SAP S/4

HANA transformations, Service & Reverse logistics using SAP S/4 and SAP CX, Zuora subscription billing, Channel revenue management and digital transformation initiatives for US-based customers.

Experience: Full-time | Location: West Coast, USA (Remote with Travel)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the US West Coast and Midwest. This role is focused on hunting, building pipeline, and closing enterprise and upper mid-market deals for SAP-centric consulting and transformation services.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development
  • Own new logo acquisition across West Coast and Midwest accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities related to SAP S/4

    HANA, SAP CX, Zuora, Channel revenue management
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
Executive Engagement
  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, COOs, CFOs and IT directors
  • Position Accrete as a trusted transformation partner
Partner & Ecosystem Selling
  • Work with SAP and alliance partners
  • Participate in co-selling and joint account planning
Internal Collaboration
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Contribute to proposals and account strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of enterprise IT services sales experience
  • Track record of $2M-$5M+ quota achievement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing West Coast/Midwest CIO/IT director/CFO/COO relationships
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Life sciences, Consumer goods, Industry machinery and Distribution
