About the Opportunity:

VALERE is seeking an IT Systems Analyst (Oracle Payroll) for our client. This role will support payroll operations within Oracle Fusion Cloud while also contributing to system optimization, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional enterprise system enhancements.

What You'll Do:

• Support Oracle payroll system operations including issue resolution and enhancement testing
• Submit and manage service requests via Oracle support system
• Participate in system maintenance, testing, and release management
• Conduct research to resolve unexpected issues within Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, and system vendors
• Create and maintain functional design documentation for reporting, analytics, integrations, and conversions
• Assist in digital transformation efforts through innovative process improvement initiatives
• May provide 24/7 on-call support as needed

What You Bring:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll
• Strong background in submitting service requests and navigating Oracle support tools
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Oracle or payroll certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with modern digital tools such as analytics, process automation, APIs, and product management

Pay Rate: This is a contract role with an hourly rate of $32.
