Job Title: SAP Success Factors Project Manager (Contract Remote/Offshore)

We are hiring a skilled SAP Success Factors Project Manager for a contract-based remote/offshore role to lead and deliver SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM implementation projects for global clients.

This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, project delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.

• Lead end-to-end SAP Success Factors & SAP HCM implementation projects
• Work closely with global clients and cross-functional teams
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Drive the full project lifecycle:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Solution design
  • Implementation
  • Testing
  • Deployment & rollout
  • Post-go-live support
• Resolve complex business challenges through structured analysis
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Collaborate with regional/global CoE teams
• Support training, testing, and change management initiatives
• Contribute to presales activities (preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Success Factors experience
• Strong techno-functional and client-facing experience
• Hands-on expertise in multiple HCM / Success Factors modules
• Certification in at least 2 Success Factors modules (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Business Analysis
  • Functional & Technical Solution Design
  • Testing & QA
  • Architecture
• Proven experience in Success Factors & SAP HCM implementations
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Singapore/APAC clients
• Presales or solutioning exposure
• Multi-module implementation expertise
• Ability to learn and deliver additional modules

• Comfortable working in a remote/offshore delivery model
• Willing to work in/overlap with Singapore/APAC time zones
• Strong remote collaboration skills

• Compensation will be based on experience and skill set
