Responsibilities- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs, and LPNs in a 24-hour care setting
- Ensure delivery of holistic, person-centered care aligned with standards and regulations
- Facilitate communication of elder needs to support team coordination
- Implement and evaluate care plans for quality and regulatory adherence
- Promote a positive, team-oriented, and innovative care environment
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active Alaska RN license
- Successful completion of BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontology and long-term care
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience is preferred
- Strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and team-building skills
