As a Sales Eng for Industrial Products for Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg you will provide a single point contact for Ruhrpumpen sales & customer support for Industrial Products, managing the defined territory and leading strategic focus with regular interface for assigned accounts. You will recognize business opportunities, build strong commercial acumen, and perform good negotiations.

Main responsibilities:
  • Great opportunity for development within the External Sales function.
  • Perform business development activities.
  • Direct Market penetration Belgium CPI (Chemicals Pharma Industry)
  • Distribution:
    France, Tank Farms, and W2E (Waste to Energy)
  • OEM:
    Europe Edible oils and Battery development
  • Conduct regular client visits / contact in the identification of prospective business opportunities
  • Attend in making both market and target customer strategies
  • Contribute to the development of the business plan and support with both annual and monthly sales budget and objectives
Job's requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or equivalent (technical background required).
  • 2+ years of experience in Chemical, Industrial, or Food Processing industries with background and knowledge on rotating equipment.
  • Inside or Outside sales experience is desired.
  • Knowledge of the chemical / industrial Market
  • Fluent English is required, and ideally the selected candidate will also speak Dutch/Flemish and French.
  • Availability and willingness to travel to customer locations up to 60% of the time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High results oriented and analytical profile.
Desired skills
  • Application experience in rotating equipment.
  • Experience of formulating and implementing sales strategy.
  • Experience using CRM
  • Strong interpersonal, commercial, organizational and time management skills
