Overview
We are hiring for a Security Officer position at Providence Valdez Medical Center in Valdez, AK. The position is full‑time, 1.0 FTE, 8‑hour variable shifts, 40 hours per week.
ResponsibilitiesUnder supervision, performs all technical duties related to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Candidates must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- Experience with various computer programs, databases and Microsoft Office programs.
- 3 years of experience in security or military.
- 1 year of experience in healthcare security.
