Cruz Construction, Inc. is seeking experienced Operators to join their team at a remote Alaska project site in Prudhoe Bay. This role involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment in challenging conditions, supporting oilfield and rig movement operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in heavy equipment operation, a strong safety record, and the ability to work long hours in remote environments.

• Wages up to $39 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time, benefit-eligible position
• Work at a remote Alaska project site
• Potential for mandatory overtime based on seasonal workload
• Exposure to unique oilfield and construction projects

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Experience with oilfield work and rig movement
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment
• Ability to perform strenuous manual labor and work in inclement weather
• Ability to work 12-hour days, up to seven days a week
• Ability to conduct minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to follow safety and incident reporting procedures
• Ability to wear protective clothing and perform atmospheric gas testing

• OSHA 10 hour training
• High school diploma or equivalent
