We’re partnered with a fast‑growing digital health and telehealth technology company that’s building the infrastructure powering modern virtual care. Their platform enables healthcare organizations and digital health brands to launch and scale virtual care services quickly, without needing to build or maintain complex backend systems.
They’re now seeking an Implementation Engineer who brings a blend of systems integration experience, solid software development fundamentals, and excellent client‑facing communication skills.
About the RoleThis role combines platform configuration, workflow design, technical integration work, and hands‑on collaboration with customers. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Implementation while working cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and client success teams.
You’ll serve as the technical bridge between the customer’s environment and the platform, ensuring smooth, scalable, and well‑architected implementations.
What You’ll Be Doing Platform Implementation & Configuration- Configure and tailor the platform for new customers
- Translate business requirements into technical workflows, rules, and data mappings
- Set up integrations with HRIS, EHR, SSO, scheduling, and other third‑party systems
- Work with APIs, webhooks, GraphQL endpoints, and data pipelines
- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with engineering on fixes
- Utilize light development skills to support integration logic and workflows
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers
- Document technical requirements, workflows, and integration specifications
- Provide training and guidance to customer admins and technical teams
- Communicate customer needs, edge cases, and integration challenges to engineering
- Participate in solution design discussions and implementation best practices
- Provide product feedback that helps improve platform tooling and workflows
- Experience integrating or configuring SaaS platforms, APIs, and webhooks
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies (Type Script, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Ability to read and work with technical code samples, schemas, and API documentation
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Confidence presenting technical concepts to clients and internal teams
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable making well‑reasoned decisions with incomplete information
