Wilderness Way is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to help provide safe, nurturing homes for children. You’ll build trusting relationships, support education and health needs, and help young people develop independence and resilience.
Senior roles may include mentoring, with progression opportunities within Wilderness Way. A 21+ age requirement applies and a valid UK driving licence is often needed to support activities and excursions.
