AI is already reshaping how risk gets assessed, how testing gets scoped, and how documentation gets built - and the firms that master it now will define what audit quality looks like for the next decade. Dohan CPA isn't waiting to find out. We're actively building AI-driven workflows into our audit and assurance practice - automated walkthrough work papers, planning risk assessment tools, PBC and control-questionnaire generation, and a growing internal system that turns years of firm expertise into repeatable, scalable engagement tools.
We need someone who wants to help build that, not watch it happen from the sidelines.
What you'll actually do
- Run real audit, review, and compilation engagements for real estate and related clients - AI accelerates the documentation and testing groundwork, you own the judgment calls
- Work directly inside a firm deploying AI across planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up - and help shape how it gets used
- Spend less time on repetitive workpaper assembly and PBC chasing, more time on risk assessment, client relationships, and technical conclusions
- Grow fast into real ownership as the practice scales - this is a seat at the table, not just a desk
What you bring
- Audit/assurance experience (SSARS, SAS/AU-C, AR-C familiarity a plus)
- CPA preferred, not required
- Solid grasp of risk assessment and engagement fundamentals
- Comfortable adopting new tools - curiosity about AI is a plus, not a requirement
- Ready to start now
