Tire Kingdom is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Miami, FL area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics/technicians work; managing outside orders; ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and ensuring the safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. They ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive the sales initiatives of Mavis, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience while striving to meet expectations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Eligible candidates should have at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
