Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time, on‑site Guest Experience Associate role located in the Miami area. The Guest Experience Associate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and supporting smooth operational flow. Additionally, the role involves guiding guests in using the golf simulators, addressing inquiries, taking snack/beverage orders and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
- Proficiency in Guest Experience Management and handling Receptionist Duties
- Ability to efficiently manage Reservations and coordinate with the team to optimize schedules and bookings
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work on‑site and flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a hospitality, retail, or entertainment industry setting preferred
- Passion for golf or familiarity with golf technology and simulations is a plus
