Good Shepherd Catholic School in Kendall (Miami Dade County), Florida has an opening for an Elementary Teacher Assistant for the 2026-27 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs all duties in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the Roman Catholic Church.

• Associate degree (or equivalent), required, in education or related subject.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent presentation skills with skill in use of instructional technologies, especially online communication technologies.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
• Good spelling and grammar required.
• Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Must have knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
• Must have a professional demeanor, including the dress code.
