Accounts Payable Professional – Contract Position
A well-established professional law firm in Kendall is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to assist with its Financial & Banking operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced legal environment and is comfortable handling high-volume financial tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
What They're Looking For- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Experience with Quick Books Online REQUIRED
- Experience with Clio, Mycase, Smokeball or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage financial data, invoices, and banking-related functions accurately
- Professional communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Comfortable working onsite in Kendall on a full-time schedule
- Full-time, onsite position
