Experienced Professionals | $60–$85 per Service

Join Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, a nationally recognized brand known for delivering high-quality, results-driven skincare services in a relaxing day spa environment. We are seeking experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, client relationships, and maximizing their earning potential.

At our Doral and West Kendall locations, you'll enjoy a consistent client base, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to build a thriving book of business.

• High earning potential: $60–$85 per service

• Perform professional facials, customized skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic services
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations
• Recommend and sell skincare products and memberships to support client results
• Build and maintain strong client retention and repeat business
• Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation, hygiene, and state board regulations
• Consistently meet or exceed service and retail sales goals

• Active Florida Esthetician License (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or skincare setting preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong background in facials, skincare treatments, and product recommendations
• Proven ability in sales, client retention, and customer service
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
