Vitality Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral needs as indicated in service plans;
Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and successful approaches;
Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid;
Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings as requested;
Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
